How SWEEF handles personal data
This notice reflects the data protection commitments set out in SWEEF’s organizational profile: personal and enterprise data is stored securely, used only for stated purposes, and shared only with informed consent.

Status of this notice
SWEEF was established on 1 September 2026 and is formalising its data management systems during 2026. This notice states the principles the Foundation applies now. It will be replaced by a full notice covering registration details, the identity of the data controller, retention schedules and the applicable legal basis once those are confirmed.
What this website collects
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It sets no cookies of its own.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page loads. No other third-party service receives a request from these pages.
The contact form
Where you send an enquiry through the contact form, SWEEF collects the name, email address, organization, enquiry type, sector of interest and message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to hold an expression of interest on file.
It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. You can ask SWEEF to delete your enquiry and any record of it at any time by writing to info@sweef.so.
Programme participant data
Separately from this website, SWEEF collects personal and enterprise data from programme participants for monitoring, evaluation and reporting. The Foundation’s commitments on that data are:
- It is stored securely.
- It is used only for the purposes stated to the participant at the point of collection.
- It is shared only with the participant’s informed consent.
- Indicators are reported in aggregate and disaggregated form, not in a way that identifies individuals.
- Participants featured in stories or photographs give consent freely, and may withdraw it.
Because women’s increased income can create risk within a household or community, SWEEF treats participant data as carrying protection implications and not merely privacy ones. This forms part of the Foundation’s do-no-harm review.
Your rights
You may ask SWEEF what personal data it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Requests should be sent to info@sweef.so and will be acknowledged.
